- Registration: To register for a program, you must complete the registration form and pay the required fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our discretion.
- Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, adhering to all rules and guidelines set forth by UCPA SPORT VACANCES. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
- Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors and staff. UCPA SPORT VACANCES is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions.
3. Payment and Cancellation
- Payment: All program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.
- Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your registration, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the program start date are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by UCPA SPORT VACANCES: We reserve the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UCPA SPORT VACANCES and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
